Call for posters here<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Poster Session solicits posters from all areas of Computer Science and aims to offer the opportunity to undergraduate, graduate and PhD students as well as young researchers and professionals of any gender to engage with other researchers and professionals in the field, disseminate research work, receive comments, practice presentation skills, benefit from discussing ideas with other researchers. We also invite participants to submit their works as posters presenting the latest breakthroughs which have been developed in H2020, Horizon Europe, national, regional and International R&D projects. Submissions should present novel ideas, designs, techniques, systems, tools, evaluations, scientific investigations, methodologies, social issues or policy issues related to any area of computing. Authors may submit original work or versions of previously published work<\/strong>. Posters are ideal for presenting early stage research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Important Dates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Poster Abstract Deadline:<\/strong> 11\/05\/2025 GEC\u201925 will offer a number of travel grants of up to 300 euro for student poster presenters who will have to travel to Athens to attend the summit!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A \u2013 eligibility criteria :<\/em><\/strong> B – selection process:<\/strong> Please note that the travel grant will be reimbursed after each presenter\u2019s trip and upon the completion of GEC\u201925. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Please let us know by 27\/05\/2025 <\/em>if you wish to apply for a travel grant, before making your travel arrangements, by filling out the following form<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n https:\/\/forms.gle\/iWi5pdZHvPozbzxz6<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Poster papers should be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT<\/strong> submission system available in https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/GEC2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Submissions take the form of an extended abstract and should introduce the area in which the work has been done and emphasize the importance of the contribution. The extended abstract must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Accepted submissions will be archived on the event website. At least one author<\/strong> of each accepted submission is expected to attend<\/strong> the summit, and have to complete the online registration by 27 May, 2025<\/strong>. You can register here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Poster Submission: <\/strong>For each poster, a short oral presentation (2-3 min) will take place during the Poster Session. Thus, it will also be required to upload 1-2 page poster presentation (both pdf\/ppt file)<\/strong> by 1 June, 2025<\/strong> through this form<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A printed version of the poster paper<\/strong> (A0 size portrait \u2013 841 x 1189 mm<\/em>) should be prepared by each author who will present<\/strong> it on-site since all posters will be placed in the GEC\u201925 poster exhibition area. The author who will present the poster must represent an affiliation which is located outside Athens and the author who will receive the grant must come to GEC\u201925 for presentation of his\/her poster during the event (live). <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
